A nice app i use for over a year and great to see, that more and more details are implemented, e.g. english translation. Looking forward to find French and German, since these are more common in 🇨🇭😉, but for me the most important additional feature is to add a second credit card to the wallet, so I can select easier if it's a business or a private trip. This App is also the cause I use Italo Treno much more than Trenitalia: the usability is better! Keep up the good work!

Worst customer service ever. The staff is super rude and useless. They misled me to another train and had to pay another new ticket on board. The other trains brands out in Italy are way better.

I tried several times to access my reservation but the app does not find it. It seems that there is no possibility to download the tickets to a wallet app. The only purpose of this app is to sell tickets without any customer support service. I ask myself why to keep this app on my phone and not rather install it when I need to buy tickets and uninstall it just after.
