Loved the app one year ago, but now it doesn't work anymore on the same phone (I am using it in Bali). When I open the App, the Gojek Logo appears and after a few seconds the app closes itself. I have tried deleting the App and installed it again. Also a new start of the phone doesn't help. I have an Indonesian SIM from XL axiata. What can I do?

Leider kann man die App nicht in deutsch runterladen 😡 beim öffnen im App Store steht alles auf deutsch und nach Installation ist alles Englisch 🤮

No chances to sign up. After typing in my email address, the error message says that the server were busy. I'm trying to sign up for a couple of days now. Edit: I can receive the OTP. The request for the email and Nikname is taking place after the OTP. These thre steps are working. The message comes up after giving the nickname.

Registration not possible because of "busy servers". Always the same error message, even after weeks. So annoying! 😤

No chance to register, "Error server busy" after OTP was confirmed and email address needs to be added. Same issue since 2 months, tried it from 2 different countries.

Can't even register. Either server is unavailable or under maintenance or busy... For 5 weeks in a row now... tested from 6 different countries.

Too many drivers cancel rides they get matched up with just because they think pickup is too far. I find increasingly unreliable and annoying.
